Göttingen CICS (Complexity, Information Cognition and Societal Dynamics) Day May 28, 2026
The Göttingen Complexity, Information Cognition and Societal Dynamics (CICS) Day is a dedicated gathering of researchers across Göttingen whose work touches on complexity, information theory, and societal dynamics in its broadest sense. One of its central motivations is to explore potential collaboration opportunities within the Göttingen research community, we believe that bringing together colleagues from different departments and institutes can open up genuinely exciting new directions, and your work immediately struck me as highly relevant in this regard. It brings together speakers from different faculties across the Göttingen Campus, alongside an invited external speaker, and combines talks with guided discussions, a World Café format, and a poster session.
